Mount Zion Anti-Harassment Training & Policy

Mount Zion Baptist Church

Anti-Harassment Training & Policy Center

Our community is called to dignity, safety, and respect. Start your training, learn what
qualifies as harassment, and see how to report concerns—confidentially and without retaliation.

Our Commitment

Mount Zion prohibits all forms of harassment and retaliation. This applies to staff, pastors, deacons,
ministry members, volunteers, contractors, visitors, and anyone conducting business with the church.

What Counts as Harassment?

Unwelcome conduct based on sex or gender (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity or
expression) that creates a hostile environment, affects employment, or is tied to employment decisions.
Examples include unwanted touching, leering, sexual jokes, repeated unwelcome advances, or explicit messages.

Zero Retaliation

Retaliation for reporting or participating in an investigation is prohibited. We will investigate promptly
and maintain confidentiality to the extent possible.
