Before you take the next step.
Can I vote online here?
No online voting is open. The church’s published annual-election procedure requires written ballots and prohibits proxy voting. Follow the official meeting and ballot instructions.
Does submitting an application mean I am on the ballot?
No. Applications first require committee review. The committee confirms eligibility, requirements, and the approved slate. A receipt or intake record is not an eligibility decision.
Which deadline or vacancy count should I use?
Confirm the active election cycle and current instructions with the Nominating Committee. Existing website and paper materials contain different years and vacancy counts; this page does not treat them as current approvals.
Can I nominate someone who is not on the posted slate?
The published procedure allows two members qualified to vote to place an eligible person in nomination through the prescribed process. No nominations are accepted from the floor at election time. Ask the committee about timing and required materials.
Are write-ins allowed?
The published Article X procedure allows a voter to write a name on the ballot. Follow the church’s eligibility requirements and official ballot instructions.
Where do I submit my packet or get help?
Contact the church office for the current submission method, deadline, screening instructions, and committee contact. Watch worship announcements and Zion News for official updates. This portal does not collect applications or private reference details.
