22nd Annual Marketplace & Arts Fair

Mount Zion Baptist Church’s Women’s Ministry warmly invites vendors, artists,
entrepreneurs, and community members to participate in our
22nd Annual Marketplace and Arts Fair.
This long-standing event celebrates creativity, fellowship, and small businesses
while strengthening our church and community connections.

Event Schedule

• 10:00 a.m. – Vendor setup begins
• 11:00 a.m. – Marketplace opens (selling begins promptly)
• 4:00 p.m. – Marketplace closes
• 4:00 – 5:00 p.m. – Breakdown and cleanup (Fellowship Hall must be clean by 5:00 p.m.)

All vendors are expected to be present and selling from 11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.

Vendor Information

• Vendor fee: $50.00
• Each vendor receives one table and two chairs
• Vendors may bring their own table if desired
• Each vendor is asked to donate one item for a door prize
• Food vendors must provide valid food permits
• The event will be live-streamed

Promotion & Participation

Vendors are encouraged to begin advertising immediately and to invite
a minimum of ten guests.

and friends who may not be online.

Registration Deadline

Saturday, February 28, 2026
Participation is confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis,
upon receipt of registration and payment.
