Senior Pastor – Role & Focus

  • Preaching & Teaching: Weekly biblically‑sound preaching, Bible study, and discipleship.
  • Vision & Leadership: Strategic planning with leaders; equipping volunteers and ministries.
  • Pastoral Care: Visitation, counseling, crisis support, and confidentiality.
  • Worship: Lead services with culturally resonant elements; partner with music ministry.
  • Administration: Governance, budgeting, staff/volunteer oversight, and transparent communication.
  • Community & Justice: Outreach partnerships; social and restorative justice consistent with Scripture.
