About the Marketplace & Arts Fair

Mount Zion’s Women’s Ministry is preparing for its
twenty-first Marketplace and Arts Fair, a beloved
tradition that uplifts entrepreneurs, artists, authors, crafters,
and food vendors in our community.

This year’s Marketplace will be held on
Saturday, March 7, 2026, from
11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall
of Mount Zion Baptist Church. Set-up begins at
10:00 a.m., with breakdown and clean-up from
4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Please help us spread the word to other vendors and
shoppers. Begin advertising now! Invite friends,
family, fellow church members, and neighbors to join this uplifting
community event.

The Marketplace will feature both shopping and information tables.
Persons who wish only to disseminate information
(e.g., services, ministries, community resources) are also invited
to participate.

The event will also be streamed. All vendors are
strongly encouraged to bring business cards and
encourage patrons to take photos of those cards.
Long after the Marketplace ends, patrons often call asking for
information about a vendor.

Vendor & Information Tables

We are working hard to improve attendance by inviting churches and
advertising in newspapers and on the
radio. You can help by:

  • Inviting at least ten guests so we can maintain a
    steady flow of patrons.
  • Sharing our flyer with all of your
    email contacts and
    Facebook friends.
  • Remembering your friends and supporters who are
not online and inviting them personally.

Vendors should bring business cards for customers
and potential customers and encourage patrons to
take photos of cards and displays. This helps
customers find you long after the Marketplace has ended.
