2027 Ministry Budget Requests

Due Monday, November 30, 2026. Every ministry and committee must submit a separate form, including self-sustained ministries. Leaders responsible for more than one ministry should submit a form for each.

List each event or purchase separately, identify recurring monthly expenses, and include goals, justification, and fundraising plans.
